MIA King is back. Really busy with all the studies. This Block(one semester is divided into 3 blocks) we are having a series of intensive theory classes. From heart to blood vessel then to lungs, worrying for the anatomy examination in the coming 2 weeks, because I felt the memory loss lately. Maybe the stress caused it but I just wish to pass. Anyway, doing my best to fulfill my ambition so that I don't kill someone 'legally' one day.

Today is UCSI Awards Day. I wasn't the best student nor I do actively involve in any co-curricular activities, but I just got this little recognition over my 1 and a half year hard work(Ahemm...actually not so hard lar...if you are my classmates then you'll know). But this event again makes my mom proud...because brother is in the Dean list too(but not first time lar...)

Bitterly Sweet Song

Rynn came out with a very good song I must admit that. The melody is very very sweet,good composing! You can sense the happiness but a strong suppression of bitterness in his lyrics. I'm not sure what message he is trying to bring but in my humble opinion, he is telling a story about a marriage and the feeling of either the bride or the bridegroom. Probably the latter sounds more logical because he is a male composer. It started off by telling how the guy feels about the bride's dress, the firecrackers, the musical instruments, the cocktail and etc... everything seems... so sad to the bridegroom. He seems to marry someone he doesn't love and he had to force himself to forget about the previous relationship. In a relationship it is very true that you can't change your partner, so love who you love of what he or she is. Love your wife guys and stop thinking about your ex-girlfriends. But you can never forget her... I know... we can't.

Bah Kut Teh from my home, the founder of the greatest pork recipe,oh...Klang...what else can I ask for...

My dad loves to bring his own tea sets, of course not forgetting his favourite Pu-er tea.

Perfect tea comes from perfect temperature and perfect hygiene. This is the must have sterilizing step.

Yau zar guay is another must have for those soup lovers. Dip it into the slurp-py soup for a minute then it is the best tasting kuih on Earth.

Some Chili Padi will definitely increase your appetite.

This is my cup of tea. The right cup makes the righteous taste.

I like what I am now...How about you?

I've arrived Yogyakarta on the 6th August 2008. A brand new life waiting ahead. My friend once told me that my life is very interesting. I should put them down into a book, probably the Chronicles of Wern Sern. Well...maybe I will..one day..

The second day we arrived at the Yogyakarta, we went to Amplaz to try the food. This restaurant is quite interesting so we took our lunch there.

We celebrated it at the Market Place. It was located at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng. To get there from Sg. Besi, it is better to turn into Jalan Ampang and take a right turn at the cross junction near Public Bank traffic light. Then Public Bank should be at your left and move straight and you will see a mamak at your left. Look carefully for Lorong Yap Kwan Seng which is the next left turn after the mamak. Market Place is at your left as you drive along the road.

Last Saturday evening I thought of visiting my AIA manager, Eric Koh's newly open Hainan Kopitiam at Megan Salak Park. So Charng and I had our lunch+dinner before we went for The Dark Knight at Mid Valley. I am not a fan of chicken rice, in fact I prefer vegetables or salad. But honestly HomeTown's(Eric's new shop) Hainanese Chicken Rice is ~~extraordinarily~~ good, for real. Why? It was kampung chicken they served, and for your information, a kampung chicken costs at least RM3-10 more than the ordinary chicken that we eat at any other chicken rice shop. Obviously kampung chickens are healthier than the ordinary farm chickens(injected with antibiotics and hormones). The rice combo comes with a complementary herbal soup, which in my humble opinion is a good plus plus. Comparing the good old boring Old Town Kopitiam, which I already bored with their menu, this shop is another worth trying for the month. Then, Charng asked for a Curry Bihun Mee and to my surprise it wasn't as ~~bloody~~ red as those in Old Town. I'm not against Old Town, the reason for my excitement is, for once dining outside, allow me to worry less for my cholesterol level. If I have to look at those mass reddish oil floating on my curry soup like those in Old Town, well... not appetizing. Healthy food is in for the new era, and I'm glad that HomeTown is aware of this.

Turn left after the gas station(on your left) and go straight till the last junction and turn right. To prolong the laptop's life span, a cooler is essential. Cheap ones will do, Cooler Master and Zalman just not my solution.

Got this foldable cooler, made with aluminium for mobility. Found it efficient and it's predecors have good fame about long hours of cooling effect(according to my sister's housemate).

Busy weekends and Singapore Trip

Last weekend I've spent a pleasant trip to Penang. Don't know why, I love the feeling of driving my gf back to her hometown. It was a long trip as I wasn't driving too fast and we brought our puppy along. Yeap, he tagged along at the backseats, not in the cage but sat quietly behind. Yeah, not that quiet after all he'd barked at the toll plaza employee. He's just trying to be friendly.

Penang was really a relaxing and calm place where Charng is so far away from her worries back in KL. I love Penang for everything except for their "driving style", the way people occupying both lanes as they drive slowly, indifferently.

On Sunday, Charng's dad drove us to his hometown where we loaded tonnes of fruits in the car. I've had loads of durians and rambutans plus jack fruits. It was a very satisfying fruit feast and thanks to Charng's dad for the courtesy. I'm happy to know some of Charng's relatives, aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and of course the kind grandma who complement that I've grown fatter. Hahaha... the first time we met is through Skype when Charng asked her to look into the screen. Then we went to the temple and bought some pirated DVDs at some stalls. Hahaha...I bought Yi Nan Wang(a Taiwanese 500 Ep that last for 2 hours each) for my parents. Well, don't scold me for being a pirate, I can't get any source online and there are no originals in Speedy.

On Monday morning, we went to Queens Bay as early as 8:30am and sat down at Starbucks,relaxing.

Afternoon, we had our lunch at The View. Quite a classy place but I embarrassed myself for wearing shorts and sandals into the restaurant. But I was allowed in as Charng's dad is their frequent customer. I order a strip loin medium done, it was good, as good as Tony Roma's if not better. It is worth the money because the service and food was nicely presented plus appetizer and dessert is buffet style. Picture shown Charng's parents and sister walking towards the restaurant.

We left Penang at the late afternoon and I've a bus to catch the next morning at 8a.m. I'm going to Singapore to meet up with CPC and Julie. It was a day trip because I went there alone just to collect my new laptop from CPC. For CPC(Pay Sing) details please refer to my fellow bloggers list. I took Aeroline coach to and fro Singapore, after I've done some research on the customer feedback and review their website. For RM80+ it was worth the the money.

A foldable table available for dining at our own seats. Some may prefer to sit comfortably at the lounge at lower deck of the double-decker, where bigger tables for laptop and coffee, but I just prefer to buckle up at my own seat.

Entertainment was provided, playing on the screen was Jurassic Park. Yeah, OMG...

Not that appetizing but it was sufficient for the morning. Follow up was hot Milo and banana cake.

Stop by a place called Yong Peng for a pee break and found a mini waterfall.

Reached Harbour Front Centre, Singapore at 1:45p.m. McD is my lunch and where I spent 2 hours sitting there reading while waiting for the time to pass by. To my surprise, McDeluxe has a twin brother called McSpicy at Singapore. As I didn't exchange enough SG$ for the trip due to some complication in the schedule, I ended up Lovin' It. The fries there taste funny so I didn't managed to finished all. During the 2 hours, I'd not only spent on reading but I also learned that how dedicated Singaporean staff is to the customers. Why? It started off when the customer(foreign visitor) at the table next to me questioning the waiter. Probably he lost his bag while he left it on the desk when placing orders. A midst of fury slowly built up and fortunately one of the staff stepped up politely and handled it well. He voluntarily put his hand into the dustbin, searched thoroughly and proved that it wasn't dump into the dustbin by mistake. The dispute ended shortly and the customer surrendered to the luck. I was amazed by the young man's professionalism. I'm Lovin' It!

Evening, I met up with CPC , Julie and Michael at Vivo City, and we decided to have dinner at the Food republic.

Cam whoring CPC and Julie. I must admit that CPC does looks more radiant and Julie had lost some weight huh? It's been awhile since I last met Julie, but both of them are happy and so am I, for them. Remembering those times that I used to call Julie da sao in Mandarin. I will then tell her that da sao actually means da zi you sao ren kao (big and not many interested in her). Yeah, I was bad but fortunately Julie is kind enough to forgive me as I'm just making it a joke. Sorry again da sao!

Many of you may not know what I'm doing for the next few years or what I've done since graduation. Well many things happened and important decisions made. I've chosen a path that requires extreme courage, I took on the path that I initially wanted, to become a doctor and surgeon in my future.

Most of you will give me a big response, if not curious and there you go pumping all those questions to me,why?how come?when it took place?are you sure?? I've been facing this since last year in my A-level academy, and none of my older friends I know knew about this earlier. I didn't want anybody to know except for my immediate family members and gf, not even my grandma know about this. So I seek pardons from all of my best friends and relatives for I've been keeping my plans to myself. I just could not bear the challenges of doubtfulness about my direction in life, it was a tough journey and I have to protect my faith and believes.

There are many challenges in the class ,first day at school when I completely forgot about the periodic table(despite the fact that I received distinction for Australian Chem Quiz at High School),I can't even tell the name of Na as sodium or Ag as silver, needless to say the compounds that I can recall. and those menstrual cycles and all sorts of biology terms. Come on, can you remember what you did 5-6 years ago? Yeah, it turned out that I did badly for the first 2 Chemistry papers. However, my hard work pays off during the next 2 +retakes. Biology and Maths are no problem for me anyways. Then there are interviews to attend to get a place for MD or MBBS course. Next it's the IELTS English language test and fortunately I did do better than I expected.

My forecast results pass me for UCSI(University College Sedaya International) and UGM(University Gadjah Mada,Yogjakarta, Indonesia). I met IMU requirements but the fees are costing my parents too much so I decided to put it out of the picture. Preparing for Indonesia entrance test wasn't that easy, I attended the Indonesian syllabus classes(conducted in half English half Indonesian) for about 3 weeks. It was the hardest time when I had to prepare for the trial test and at the same time attend tuition classes at night for entrance exams.

UGM gave me a big challenge in their IQ test and cognitive test(Bio,Phys,Chem and Maths). It started off with those verbal skills, reasoning skills and so on. For a moment I thought I can't make it because I did another entrance exam earlier for University of Brawijaya and I failed miserably(I didn't know about the way of answering and format, and grammar@tatabahasa in Indonesian was tested). The latter(UniBraw) wasn't even ranked in Indonesia, so I was thinking that how can I get into the Indonesia ranked number 2 university(UGM) then? Just when I was about to give up and ask for a refund of the deposit from agents, the good news break off , I got into UGM! I almost burst out in tears but before I got the news I already knew that I will get in. Thanks to Rhonda Byrnes for The Secret which applies closely in my daily life.

My New Laptop Bag

Today I got a new laptop backpack from my dearest uncle. It was lovely as it was one of the best gifts that I've ever received. The bag might not be cool for most of you, even my 6 years old cousin could tell, but it works fine for me. It is just perfect with all the texture and tough design. It is very functional with additional sling belts and strong handle...take a closer look

Taman Connaught Famous Bun

Yes..it is the legendary bun named after the sexy HK star of the 80s, Yip Chee May. Although the pronunciation should be Yip Chee May, but it was replaced by Yap instead when you see the stall, it might be due to the copyrights. What is so famous about this star? Well it is obvious, those assets are. Hmmm...spoil my appetite actually when I think about it. Maybe the picture explains better.

It is the 26 storey Angkasa Condominium at Taman Connaugh near Giant. The facilities are bad, the lifts are broken down daily, the car park is dirty, the security guards are sleeping, the tenants and the management are arrogant...

One of the biggest crime in this apartment I've come to know is vandalism. I've seen Giant trolleys thrown out at 24th floor down to the roof top at the car park. Creating a hole and flood during rain at car park. I've heard from an uncle saying that there was a gas tank thrown out again during one of the happy hour nights.It was allegedly drop from some high grounds to the tent near swimming pool breaking the metal bar of the canopy. Fortunately, no one was hurt and I've moved out and leaving this @#$#&* place. Oh by the way, the majority of tenants are students of UCSI, locals and Nigerians.

It's been awhile since the fairy tales walk into my life. In fact, I have no faith in this happily ever after a.k.a. perfect love story for the ups and downs I've seen in my life. A relationship can be so fragile with the mere misunderstanding or jealousy. Anyway I'm very glad that this show was brought to Plenary Hall at KLCC last week. We were there and I had my first experience in Broadway Musical. It was a very sweet memory and once in a life time experience(before I plan for a trip to London)and it reminds me again how beautiful love can be. One thing about musical play, it has this special charm, as if it could happen in the real world, and I believe that is what attracts me.

Before the show,we had dinner at Chinoz On the Park. I would not recommend this place for those who are really hungry as the helping is really small.

We went to Sunway Pyramid New Wing and had our first Subway together.We didn't go all the way there to eat Subway but just so coincidently we saw this newly open restaurant just beside the elevator from the carpark.Talking about the carpark,I feel Pyramid has the best ever car park management in Malaysia.Besides friendly security guards who drive golf cars alike shuttle to pick up far-from-entrance-customers,for the first time I see carpark with indicators(light of green and red)at each space to tell the drivers whether there is any vacant place.Drivers won't have to move slowly looking from every end of the road for car park or stalk any people walking out from the entrance to their cars.However I've forgotten to take the picture of the carpark so I'll just show what's inside the mall.

We called a one-foot-long Parmesan Oregano sandwich with ham.I can't really remember other ingredients.

Can't wait to kill it!

We were so full after the sandwich.But yet another shop caught my eyes and we walked towards it and we couldn't hold back the temptations.

Unlike Dunkin Donuts,J.CO really changed my perception towards donut's fattening and artificial flavoring.With its flavor ranging from creamy Strawberry to passionful chocolate,I found myself addicted to.

Every good thing has a price, and by looking at the queue,it is obvious that money ain't the only way for an exchange.

Wait and wait and wait...her face marked how long we've waited for.

Finally,we got to munch one piece out of a dozen.It's a great feeling of fulfillment.

Thumbs up!Don't mind me do a little advertisement for J.Co.By the way,Klang's(maybe the whole Asia)largest Jaya Jusco opened last month.A few restaurants opened,one of them which resembles the same range of donuts or more was opened too.Donuts are getting more popular by days.I'm just waiting for my favorite Dragon-i to start next month and TGV to launch soon.Everything is just 10minutes away.Did I mention 10minutes?Geez,so convenient that I have to watch over my wallet closely before starving myself through the year.

Ah yes,some update about my Bao Bao.It's him a month ago.Yes,it's my Bao Bao,a cute Shih Tzu,skinned.The veteran said he had some skin problems which required immediate attention.I was supposed to choose between vaccinating him with 6+1 virus or treating the skin.Any wrong decision could be fatal,you will probably know if you had or having a pet.

Poor Bao Bao shivers as he looked innocently at me,blaming me for all this pain he have to go through.But I was with no choice,and I believed my decision kept you alive.

National Day Trip

It's been awhile since I last updated my blog.But this post gonna be some old post for our Malaysian's National Day.Well,nothing much about the celebration across the street but of a family trip to my hometown,Slim River,Tanjung Malim and Bidor.

It's a wonderful day,not too sunny,partly cloudy,with a bright smile from my granny who gotta come along to visit her brothers and sisters.

Family Trip to Langkawi

It's been some time since my family pay us a vacation.Everyone is busy,the schedule is tight and exams' coming.Last weekend,we planned on a spontaneous trip,finally,to Langkawi without my sister who will be taking exams soon.Conclusion is,despite letting the travel agency get our money,we are driving,well,I mean I had to drive to Penang and parked the car at Charng's house.We departed at 3a.m. in the morning and I drove for 4hours before arriving the jetty.Of course the journey wasn't that smooth due to some distractions at my passenger seat.I missed the turning to George Town bridge and there you go...exit at the next,make a U-turn and we were back on the track.

We were lucky enough to get return tickets(Pg-Lkw: 8.15a.m. Lkw-Pg: Confirm upon arrival).On the ferry that resembles the look of a speedboat I slept unaffected by the buzzing noise created by the over-worked engine.When I woke up,I was told that we are almost there,it's already 2++ hours.I saw land but it seems to take ages to arrive.Finally we get off the boat and immediately we were approached by travel agents.Like a bee to honey,they flocked with the crowd.One approached me and asked " Berapa orang? (How many of you?)""Empat(four)""Ikut saya(Follow me)".I didn't know why we followed him and we walked out of the jetty and reached some canopy-based agency which is just outside the jetty.He brought me to a car,and offer RM120/day.I asked for a Kancil or Iswara.But he was busy promoting that car,telling me Wira is RM110/day,why not take this one?Well ok,I bargained with a little assistance from my mom.We dealt at RM110/day.Time to find accomodation.The smart agent also good at promoting his apartment,convincing us that the hotel is fully booked,we ended up staying in an apartment which have 3 rooms,kitchen,2 toilets and air-con.Quite satisfying but the Astro they promised us was a bit of a disappointment,they have the disc(the wok looking thing)but don't have the decoder. -_-!!!

We stayed at Sri Lagenda Apartment which is just 5 minutes drive from the jetty.After unloading our luggage,we left for lunch at the Kuah town.

In the apartment compound,some wild lives caught our attention.It's my dad's favourite!!

After dining at the only Chinese restaurant,we went driving around and see if we can find any souvenir.

The next day,we went to the agencies at the jetty to look for any interesting packages that offer an adventure.We signed up for island hopping which cost only RM45/pax.The boat's leaving at 2p.m. but we still have 5hours.So I suggested for the trip to Perdana Gallery and Bird Paradise.

At night we went this restaurant for dinner,where they have all the fried things.But..

overcharging for 3 plates of noodles and chinese tea that cost us RM10!!We asked the boss to take away the left over for supper.The boss asked cannot finish??How come?He questioned his employee but the fella impolitely replied his boss,"Jiak beh wan da bao la...(Cannot finish take away)!" How rude...My dad didn't give in,he answered,"Tia teo da bao la(it's for sure)".In my heart I thought,"tia teo da bao la,if not tart your kah ch'ng meh(sure take away,else stuff it in your a**?)"

We spent the rest of the night shopping for duty frees and walking at the local label.

The next morning,we went for a cable car ride.We bought the tickets from agents(RM14) which is much cheaper than those sold by the counters(RM25).This is the crowd on Monday.We are lucky enough to be early,but I still stood under the hot sun for a couple of minutes.

I must admit that Honda City is really a fuel saving car.It costs me only RM45 for the fuel around the island for 3 days.So I burn the left over fuel driving along the coast but not far from the jetty,before heading to Penang.

Overall...it's a very good trip but I won't visit this island for another year I guess,but it depends...God knows.

Last Saturday afternoon,I've decided to pay Ding Ding and myself a visit to Aquaria KLCC after the long hours of AIA Sales Congress 2007.I'm not gonna elaborate what's inside the congress but much about this enjoyable trip located at the Concourse Level of Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.At first I'd let her guessed what we will be doing there,cleverly she mentioned no PETROSAINS 'coz waste money.Well... I didn't even think of going there for a date.I told her we are going to education fair instead.She suspiciously followed,thought that I really serious about that.When we walked through the tunnel I lead her to Aquaria...

The cashier asked,"Are you students?"I thought for awhile,"Yeah!".*grin*
We flashed our MMU student card and we got an entry at RM20!Saved for my car park fee!By the way,did I mentioned the car park?They are seriously overcharging the car park,like the ~~money-thirsty~~ MidValley CarPark management!First hour RM3 and subsequent half hour and part thereof RM1.At the end of the day,the car park fee cost me a RM11.50.

So the very first thing we saw is nontheless a big aquarium will lotsa aquatics creatures and my favourite stingray swam passed..nice move buddy!But he'd swam too fast that my camera missed it every time.We moved on and reached the touch pool where the Aquaria staffs allow us to touch their mini-sharks,starfish(reminds me of my MMU supervisor,Dr. Sulaiman) and a few shells.The starfish are cute,eventhough they look motionless,but they do climb the walls.

The next thing that I remember I'd saw surprised me,reptiles!!SNAKES!It's their new event,Reptiles Galore they named it.But I'm not a reptiphobia patient.Just wonder how aquarium is related to reptiles?Are the aquatics attracting not gaining enough attention from the crowd?But fortunately I don't have to feel them.Those snakes seems to be safely kept in their own cages,but be it venomous or not I'm not gonna get too close.See at your own risk from this point onwards:

Anyway,I was there on the 4th Mac at Stadium Bukit Jalil and I'd enjoyed it very much.It's the company that matters.I was there with Berry and Mr. angWC, and of course the special someone.We all shared the common interest,LeeHom's music.I've seen the Taipei's version,so before stepping in the stadium I've already had a brief idea on how the concert's gonna be,except for this part...which really get's me really excited~

People in love sometimes say, "I was swept of my feet." Think about the imagery of that expression... it implies that you were just standing there.. doing nothing, and then something came along and it happened TO YOU...

Falling in love is easy. It's a passive and spontaneous experience. But after a few years of marriage, the euphoria of love fades. It's the natural cycle of EVERY relationship. Slowly but surely, phone calls become another (if they come at all), touch is not always welcome (when it happens), and your spouse's idiosyncrasies, instead of being cute, drive you nuts.

The symptoms of this stage vary with every relationship, but if you think about your marriage, you will notice a dramatic difference between the initial stage when you were in love and a much duller or even angry ubsequent stage.

At this point… you and/or your spouse might start asking, "Did I marry the right person?" THE KEY TO SUCCEEDING IN MARRIAGE IS NOT FINDING THE RIGHT PERSON;
IT'S LEARNING TO LOVE THE PERSON YOU FOUND.

SUSTAINING love is not a passive or spontaneous experience. It'll NEVER just happen to you. You can't "find" LASTING love. You have to "make" it day in and day out. That's why we have the expression "the labor of love." Because it takes time, effort, and energy. And most importantly, it takes WISDOM (Namo amitabha). You have to know WHAT TO DO to make your marriage work.

Make no mistake about it. Love is NOT a mystery. There are specific things you can do (with or without your spouse) to succeed with your marriage.

Just as there are physical laws of the universe (such as gravity), there are also laws for relationships. Just as the right diet and exercise program makes you physically stronger, certain habits in your relationship WILL make your marriage stronger. It's a direct cause and effect. If you know and apply the laws, the results are predictable, you can "make" love.

Love in marriage is indeed a "decision". Not just a feeling. ;)

Many times,thru medias,false information were spread among youngsters and misleading them to the meaning of love. First of all,youngsters might think love is everything.

"As long as we truly love each other, that's already enough.As long as I love him,arguements and conflicts ain't important.I just wanna give my unconditional love,because love can tolerate everything."

If you think so, you really did misunderstand love.
Romantic and dramatic love and sex before marriadge doesn't guarantee "they'll live happily ever after". Because both sides have to take into consideration their living background,believes,attitude and etc.And make an adjustment plus the determination to depend on each other for the rest of their life.

away free packet-chocolate- milk at school!). Miss the good old days -
despite its low-tech nature....

Some guys like to wear those china made ankle high shoes. Some even
like to wear those very thick socks with their school shoes.

Internet? E-mail? What the hell is that?

So you thought a decade or more ago, your friends don't have pagers or
handphones in school.

CDs? What's that? Cassette tapes were the norm.
Movie tickets used to cost less than $5 last time.

The goodies from Mama shop used to be Chickerdis, Mamee , Kum Kum,
UFO, O-Ya, Ding Dang chocolate balls with toys in the box, colourful
hard "egg", "cigerette" bubble gum, KIKI Bubble Gum, pink bottle of
bubbles c/w a small tubes with yellow sticks to blow "more lasting"
bubbles that you can pop more air in or slam it on.

You never forget 'Ti Kam'.
When exams are over, the board games (e.g Monopoly, Donkey,
Transportation Comparison Card) & held video games will be all over
the class room.

Your favourite sound is the bell
For it's the homemade ice cream man.
The cream that tops Haagan Dazs!

And the other peddler you love is the old lady who sells juicy Muah
Chee and thick olden syrup rolled in a balloon the tip of a chopstick

Another bell is the recess bell, a time to get away from school work and to
eat.

Another time when there is no bell but all guys will anxiously wait
for it...The PJ (Pendidikan Jasmani), PE time (time for football)

Your favourite childhood games were playing "guli"(marbles) , five

1987 / 88.... They are called "youth".

For them, there have always been only one Germany and only one
Vietnam. AIDS exists since they were born.

John Travolta is always round in shape and they can't imagine how this
fat guy could be a god of dance.

They believe that Spiderman and Incredible Hulk are just new films.

They can never imagine a black and white screen for a computer.

They never know what is Atari or 'Game & Watch'.

They can't believe a black and white television ever existed and they
don't even know how to switch on a TV without a remote control.

And they never understand how we can go out without a mobile phone
when we were in university.. .

According to the studies,about 90% of our brain is not in used. Professionals also claim that about 60% of our time is spent inefficiently every day. I personally came into a conclusion that in every person,at least half of their speech/conversation is nonsense. Believe it or not,get yourself a voice recorder and try to record everyone's conversation.Removing those "Uhhh..Ahhh..Ehh..Emmm..",hesitations,meaningless remarks and rants,those words that really have it's meaning or useful is,maybe,less than half,or not even 20%.

The Reasons for crapping
Why do we crap?There is a reason behind this.Even though talking nonsense is meaningless,yet it has a very special advantage.For example,many senior citizens(i called them old man)like to repeat,because they are forgetful,they forget immediately after they have already told the story,so they tend to repeat.Sometimes the same line they repeated twice.And sometimes,they repeated what other says once again,or twice.

Try this,if you tell him,"Take things slowly since you're already old."
He may nodded and at the same time agrees,"Yeah,old already should take things slow." Sometimes once not enough,he repeats the second half,"Take things slowly lo..."
Suddenly he will look at you and shout,"What?!I don't want to be slow!"
Tell me,why does he repeat the line?
This is simply because he is reacting slow,a simple line from you,he can't understand it immediately.So he repeated to think,repeat and think.Finally get the meaning,then "black face"(angry silence).

Problems with Crapping
The problem is some people in their 30's,40's also repeat their words.Because they can't react fast enough,can't continue immediately,in their conversation.May be also because they lack of sleep,rely too much on medicine or losing concentration.When a person begin to repeat what he says,it appears that he is much older than his actual age.
Give yourself a moment,and think whether you like to repeat.Think again,will you stuck in a conversation if you can't repeat?Will you started to pause in between?
If you do,quickly do something about it.
Remember when was the first time you repeat words.Is it because you are affected by other people or the seniors?Maybe once you have low self esteem,you started to repeat and you can't help it?

When crap becomes vulgar
There are too many having this bad habit.Some people loves to add,"Basically" or "As far as I am concern" at the beginning of the line.Some likes,"..you know?" or "..you say correct or not?" Some people from better-feed-family will add "What the f***!","D***!","S***!" and some in other dialects(commonly cantonese,hokkien,hakka,teowchew,mandarin,hainam and etc.)Maybe you thought i'm referring to someone.But crapping is unavoidable.Many can't avoid it,else the conversation is not smooth.If you ask them to stop using those words,"Basically","As far as I am concern","..you know?","..you say correct or not?","What the f***!","D***!","S***!" and etc. Maybe he/she don't know how to speak any more.
